The last few weeks have seen progress slow a bit due to rain and to waiting on the Bluescope Steel to complete the upper level framing. We chose Bluescope Steel as it provides a rigid frame onto which the Hebel Power Panel can be attached. Not only is the frame rigid but it is also light weight and of course not subject to termites. As the property is on a ridge we had to take account of the wind forces. So not only must the structure not weigh things down it must not blow away either. Steel and Hebel Power Panel were an innovative choice to solve this load problem.
